- AMUSNET INTERACTIVE LTD., Unified Identification Code 203773449, with seat and registered address at Garitage Park, Office Building No. 4, floor 2, 2 Donka Ushlinova Str., Vitosha District, Sofia 1766, Bulgaria, e-mail: dpo@amusnet.com (hereinafter referred to as “Amusnet Interactive”) is a data controller and as a data controller complies with the rules and requirements of the Bulgarian and European legislation on personal data protection.
- For what purposes do Amusnet Interactive process your personal data?
Amusnet Interactive may also process your personal data for marketing purposes (receiving newsletters from Amusnet Interactive and/or promotion of the Company on social media).
- What is the legal basis for the processing?
Article 5(1)(d) of Regulation 2018/1725 (the data subject has given consent to the processing of his or her personal data for one or more specific purposes.

- Who are the recipients or categories of recipients of your personal data?
Amusnet Interactive engaged Studio Blend Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Studio Blend”), limited liability company incorporated in the Republic of Bulgaria, Unified Identification Code 121893723, with seat and registered address at Yavorov, 82 Str. Han Omurtag, Sofia 1124, Bulgaria as a data processor to handle the processing of photo materials. Studio Blend is committed to ensuring the confidentiality and security of your personal data, including visual content, and will only act in accordance with Amusnet Interactive’s instructions. Amusnet remains ultimately responsible for the protection of your personal data.
We use social media to provide information about and promote Amusnet Interactive through widely-used channels: Facebook and LinkedIn. The use of social media does not in any way imply endorsement of their privacy policies. In the event that one or more social media are unavailable, Amusnet Interactive accepts no responsibility for lack of service due to their downtime. We recommend that users read the Facebook and LinkedIn privacy policies. Each company explains its policy of data collection and processing, its use of data, user rights and the ways in which users can protect their privacy when using these services.
Amusnet Interactive also shares personal data with service providers such as Sender and Mailchimp for the purposes of sending the Company’s newsletter. Further information regarding their privacy policies may be found on their websites.
- How can you exercise your rights?
You have the right to request access to your personal data. You also have the right to request rectification, erasure or restriction of the processing of your personal data.
You also have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. Please note that withdrawal of consent will not have retroactive effect (processing of your personal data based on your consent before withdrawal is lawful up to the moment when you withdraw your consent).
Where applicable, you have the right to object to the processing of your data. Where applicable, you have the right to receive your personal data provided to the controller or to have your personal data transmitted directly to another controller.
You may exercise your rights by making a written request to Amusnet Interactive on the contact details provided in this Notice in accordance with the requirements of applicable law. If necessary, Amusnet Interactive will provide you with full assistance in exercising the rights granted to you.
If you have any doubts that your personal data is not being processed lawfully by Amusnet Interactive, you have the right to lodge a complaint to the competent data protection supervisory authority listed below in this Notice.
- How long are your personal data processed and stored?
Your data (excluding photographs that have been published) will be processed and stored for 1 (one) month following the ICE London 2024 after which they will be permanently deleted.
If you consented to the processing of your personal data for marketing purposes, your data will be processed for no more than 2 (two) years following the ICE London 2024.
Your photographs that have been published on the web will remain in that format indefinitely.
- Are your personal data transferred to a third country (non-EU Member State)?
For the purposes of sending out Amusnet Interactive’s newsletter, your personal data may be transferred to a third country (non-EU Member State), when the service is provided by Mailchimp. Mailchimp commits to transfer and process all of its users’ European data in compliance with the Standard Contractual Clauses (the “SCCs”), which ensure the lawful data transfer in accordance with European data protection law (including the GDPR), outside of Europe to Mailchimp in the United States.
- Are personal data collected used for automated decision-making, including profiling?
No.
